- Prospect, initiate and nurture business relationships to generate new business opportunities
- Prepare and present product demonstrations
- Perform outbound activities to build revenue pipeline
- Manage the whole sales cycle, from prospecting through closing
- Target key decision-makers, determine buying readiness and timelines
- Capture and manage information/data/metrics in our Salesforce CRM system
- Attend trade shows, events, and conferences
- Network with Market influencers, Consultants, and Partners
- 3+ years of closing experience as an AE in a SaaS Mid-Market environment
- Experience closing deals valued at $50,000+ within organizations of 300+ employees
- Proven track record of success in hitting revenue targets
- Ability to outbound prospect and generate a minimum of 50% of their pipeline
- Strong understanding and the ability to use formal sales methodologies - ie MEDDIC, MEDDPICC, Challenger, etc
- A problem solver who can identify challenges, propose creative solutions and overcome objections
- Experience working with Salesforce, Intercom, Slack, Trello
- Strong interest in the HR technology sector

You are a driven, energetic, and coachable Account Executive who enjoys working cross-functionally to attract and sign exciting new companies to drive the growth of HiBob. You manage the whole sales cycle, from prospecting through to closing in our mid-market segment employees).
**Note: We will only consider candidates located in the Atlanta metro area who are willing to do some travel to clients and prospects in the surrounding metro area **
What will you do?
Base salaries for this role range from $80,000 - $120,000 per year. Additionally this role has a variable compensation component.
