Budgeted Pay Scale:
Full Salary Range: USD $71,500.00/Yr. - USD $154,900.00/Yr.

Overview

Join our team as an Operations Manager at the Luskin Center for Innovation. As the Operations Manager, you will oversee administrative and financial processes, manage project budgets, and serve as a key liaison. Your role will involve coordinating grant proposals, tracking funding, and ensuring efficient HR processes.

Responsibilities

Demonstrated skill in preparing grant and contract proposals, budget justifications
Efficiently administering HR paperwork and tasks
Knowledge of University policies for accounting, budgeting, and grants
Understanding of federal and state fiscal policies
Financial analysis and long-range planning skills
Strong interpersonal and written communication skills
Effective calendar and schedule management
Experience in logistics coordination and travel arrangements
Ability to supervise and delegate tasks

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required

Special Conditions

Background check and Live Scan required
Candidate must be 18 years or older
COVID and Flu Vaccination proof needed
