Description
Currently, we are looking for a plant manager for our renowned client located near Tönning.

Your responsibilities

  • Professional and disciplinary management of approximately 80 employees
  • Implementation and monitoring of operational processes
  • Identification and implementation of optimization needs for operational processes, including partial automation
  • Monitoring and compliance with safety regulations, including training of department managers
  • Planning of machine usage with consideration of cost-effectiveness
  • Monitoring of procurement and control of available raw materials and resources
  • Evaluation, documentation, and analysis of production results and performance
  • Preparation of production key figures and data for management
  • Determination of personnel requirements
  • Procurement of new work materials and tools

Your profile

  • Successfully completed education or degree in a technical field
  • Experience in personnel management
  • Experience in manufacturing or production required
  • Excellent communication skills, empathy, and resilience
