We are currently looking for several employees (m/f/d) for our communication solutions department at our locations in Koblenz (Mülheim-Kärlich) and Münster.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will be responsible for the operational support of our media technology solutions, including troubleshooting for a central video platform based on Cisco technology.
With your expertise, you will handle and resolve problems for our customers.
You will also familiarize yourself with the programming of central control units for media technology, so that you can also provide support in case of malfunctions in this area.
If necessary, you will support our field service team with the installation and commissioning of complex media technology solutions and video conferencing systems at our customers' premises.

YOUR PROFILE:

You have completed training as a media technician, system integrator, or have comparable knowledge through professional experience.
You have manual and electrical skills and a strong interest in technology.
Ideally, you already have certifications from manufacturers in the field of media technology.
You are eager to learn about new technologies and systems.
You are open to occasional business trips for customer projects.
