- Ensure compliance with industry-related licensing and regulations. Monitor legislation with prompt analysis of new legislation or regulations and aid in the implementation of any necessary changes to comply.
- Renew and maintain company licensing and business registrations.
- Draft compliance-related internal policies and procedures.
- Manage relationships with network of attorneys throughout the United States.
- Provide support for litigation, mediation, and arbitration.
- Review customer account activity for contested matters, as they relate to vehicle impounds, insurance claims, bankruptcies, proof of claim filings and lawsuits. Respond to escalated inquiries and complaints and refer matters to local counsel when necessary.
- Send demand letters for past due accounts.
- Oversee the foreclosure process for delinquent accounts, which includes referral to local counsel, reviewing and approving affidavits and judgments prepared by loan counsel, preparing and approving billing and estimates for sheriff sales, and coordinating with customer for short sales.
- Organizational documents, legal contracts, loan document packages, and other documents as needed.
