    The Sr. Executive Assistant serves as an assistant to one or more of the executive officers of the organization or company, such as the President, Chief Executive Officer (CEO), Chief Financial Officer (CFO), Chief Information Officer (CIO), or executive vice presidents (C-Suite). This role requires discretion, confidentiality, an excellent technical and business vocabulary understanding, and a detailed knowledge of the organization's operations, procedures, and people.

    Compensation: $57.64/hr

    Availability: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    • Partner with executives to identify key opportunity areas while also working to reduce their daily workload. Provides proactivity and tactical expertise in an organized manner.
    • Exercises discretion and confidentiality with sensitive company information
    • Works independently, supporting senior executives in various administrative functions, including highly sensitive/confidential matters.
    • Acts as a critical resource and liaison to other functional areas of the business, building cross-functional relationships as needed
    • Drafts, edits, and proofs various documents, including correspondence, meeting minutes, and presentation material. Manages complex editorial changes to documents from multiple parties.
    • Coordinates, as needed, with other staff for routing and signatures.
    • Acts as liaison with the senior management team—interfaces with all levels of employees and external associates.
    • Facilitates internal communication (e.g., distribute information and schedule presentations)

    Qualifications:

    • 8+ years of executive support experience, including supporting senior executives
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to speak and write with professionalism and tact in a wide range of circumstances
    • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office
    • High degree of professionalism in dealing with diverse groups of people, including Board members, senior executives, staff, and community leaders
    • Demonstrated sensitivity to diversity, equity, and inclusion
    • Exceptional organizational skills, follow-through, and attention to detail
    • Energetic and positive team player who is flexible and personable with a service-oriented attitude.
    • Positive, collaborative, and constructive communication and work style
    • A proactive, passionate, and creative problem solver
    • Must be able to maintain the highest level of confidentiality
    • Resourceful self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision
