- Conduct functional behavior assessments to identify the underlying causes of problem behavior.
- Develop and implement evidence-based behavior intervention plans based on the results of the assessment.
- Supervise and train behavior technicians to ensure treatment fidelity and effectiveness.
- Provide ongoing support and training to families and caregivers to help them implement behavior interventions in the home and community.
- Monitor and evaluate progress towards treatment goals and adjust interventions as necessary.
- Collaborate with other professionals, such as speech therapists, occupational therapists, and educators, to provide coordinated care for individuals with autism and related disabilities.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of all services provided.
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB).
- Master's degree in behavior analysis or related field.
- Minimum of two years of experience working as a BCBA.
- Knowledge of evidence-based practices in behavior analysis.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
