We are looking for BCBA's who will share in fostering our diverse and inclusive team of driven and compassionate individuals.
In addition, we strive to be consistently available for our team, and always have the utmost of integrity and ethics at the forefront of practice.
The Job:
The BCBA will conduct thorough assessments, develop treatment plans for insurance companies, develop skill acquisition programming, create behavior plans (and corresponding data collection systems), collect and analyze data, collaborate with other providers, conduct caregiver training, report on treatment plan objectives and attend bi-weekly meetings at our office.
