    Position Summary

    This position manages the supervisors of the applications and inquiries teams and has oversight of the activities associated with the teams. They are responsible for identifying needs of the staff, ensuring the supervisors are supporting the team, and ensuring the team is meeting performance expectations. This position also involves collaborating with other leaders in the department to enhance systems, procedures, and promotes positive team culture.

    The BACB offers a $5,000 signing bonus after the successful completion of 90-days of employment. Not in Colorado? A relocation bonus starting at $5,000 is available to the successful candidate. The relocation bonus is dependent on the candidates geographical location.

    Requirements

    Minimum of 3 years of direct staff management experience. Certified as a BCBA for a minimum of 2 years and minimum of 2 years supervising Registered Behavior Technicians. Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to perform simple to complex mathematics using fractions, ratios, and percentages. Typing a minimum of 40 wpm. Proficient in using Microsoft Office, (Outlook, Excel, and Word) and Adobe software. Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management systems is strongly preferred.

    Primary Job Duties
    • Works with the supervisors to oversee the daily workload, identify opportunities for process simplification, and improvements.
    • Designs and analyzes team performance metrics for processed applications and inquiry responses including quality and timeliness. Based on the data, develops team goals, action plans, and provides performance feedback to ensure performance expectations are met and improvements are made.
    • Collaborates with other managers to ensure consistent and efficient processes and communication.
    • Supports staff by identifying and providing ongoing training and professional development, developing and maintaining work resources, and accurately documenting and reviewing procedures.
    • Maintains fluency on all BACB certification types; stays abreast of all upcoming requirements and process changes. Monitors content relevant to certification to ensure accuracy and identifies areas for improvement.
    • Corresponds with university faculty and representatives from other organizations in a professional and efficient manner.
    • Handles escalated applications and inquiries.
    • Reviews application for BCBA-D designation including evaluating research studies and behavior-analytic coursework.
    • Ensures compliance with applicable company policy and procedures.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    Supervisory Responsibilities : Supervises staff

    Work Environment: This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, and video conferencing.

    Physical Demands: While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to listen and speak. This is largely a sedentary role; however, the ability to lift and carry a laptop, lift files, open filing cabinets, frequently type, bend and reach as necessary is essential to the position.

    Position Type and Expected Hours of Work: This is a regular full-time IN OFFICE position. Days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, typically 8:00 a.m. to 5 p.m. Occasional evening, holidays, and weekend work may be required based on operations.

    Travel: Minimal travel is expected for this position.
