    THE ROLE:
    The Senior Information Systems Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all operational activities of the IT Business Intelligence and Information Systems department. They will provide guidance and support for Business Intelligence IT solutions that enhance critical business operations.
    The Senior Manager will demonstrate global leadership in resource allocation, project management, software development, system integration, testing, interface facilitation, and analysis.
    Collaboration with IT Directors and Senior Management to recommend, develop, implement, and maintain cost-effective technology solutions for BI Analytics and related Information systems is a key aspect of this role.
    The Senior Manager is expected to play a visible role in Information Technology with a proven track record of delivering results.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:
    • Collaborate with Senior leadership to shape the vision for Business Intelligence and Information Systems for the division.
    • Implement the strategy for Business Intelligence, Analytics, and Information Systems for the division.
    • Ensure adherence to established business policies and procedures.

    • Maintain professional conduct in interactions with internal and external business associates, reflecting the company's positive image and values.

    • Manage and oversee the planning, development, testing, implementation, and support of voice, data, and application-based technologies and functions.

    REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS:
    A bachelor's degree in computer science, Data Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
    Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in leading IT functions.
    Proficiency in IT Data disciplines such as Data Warehousing, ETL/Integration, Data Visualization, Machine Learning, and MS technologies.
    Consultative skills and the ability to guide staff through business requirements to deliver both business and technical solutions.
    Demonstrated capability to engage with business leaders and external clients.

    PREFERRED SKILLS:
    Experience in IT Data areas like Data Warehousing, ETL/Integration, Data Visualization, Machine Learning, statistical analysis, and predictive modeling.
    Familiarity with technologies such as SAP BW/Hana, Microsoft Azure/Data Factory/Synapse/Data Bricks, Microsoft PowerApps/PowerBI.
    Knowledge of Sarbanes-Oxley and HIPAA regulations is advantageous.
    Willingness to travel occasionally (up to 25% of the time).
    Preferred certifications from Microsoft and similar providers.
    Continuous self-improvement and engagement in relevant courses and seminars.
