Industrial, Crushing and Mining Solutions provides the complete package with a workforce of best-in-class machinists, fabricators, engineers, and application experts paired with the top manufacturers of crushing, screening, environmental recycling, and concrete paving equipment.
**Duties & Responsibilities:**
+ Design and development of products and enhancements for conveyor systems and other heavy equipment used in mining and related industries.
+ Apply expert knowledge of structural engineering principles in the design of steel structures and components.
+ Conduct analysis and simulations to ensure designs meet or exceed industry standards and performance criteria.
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, service, and manufacturing to design, build, and install products per project needs.
**Required Qualifications:**
+ Bachelors degree in mechanical engineering, Structural Engineering, or a related field.
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in engineering, with a strong preference for candidates who have worked in the mining, heavy equipment, or steel manufacturing industries.
+ Demonstrated expertise designing steel structures. Including FEA/structural analysis, 3D CAD modeling, and preparation of fabrication drawings.
+ Familiarity with industry standards and regulations relevant to mining, heavy equipment, and structural engineering.
+ Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively to overcome engineering challenges.
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience around heavy machinery and mining equipment or
steel fabrication industries.
