Tracie Healthcare Solutions GmbH is a start-up company that specializes in software solutions for the medical field, specifically in the pre-analytical phase of laboratory diagnostics. Our goal is to improve sample collection and reduce errors to increase patient safety. We are a corporate venture of Greiner Bio-One (GBO), a leading manufacturer of laboratory products. Our software is currently used by several hospitals and laboratories in Europe for routine patient care. As a member of Team Tracie, you will have the opportunity to contribute to digitalization and quality improvement in healthcare. We are currently seeking an experienced Implementation Engineer (m/f/d) to join our team in either Linz or Munich, on a full-time or part-time basis.

As the Implementation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in deploying and configuring our software solutions to meet the needs of our clients. With a strong technical background and excellent problem-solving skills, you will work closely with our Product team to ensure exceptional customer experiences.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role
  • Customer-centric mindset and ability to work directly with B2B customers
  • Experience with MS SQL Server is required
  • Prior knowledge of HL7 API connectivity is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills
