    About the Support Position:

    As a Support team member at PERILLA Korean American Fare, you're instrumental in maintaining the restaurant's efficiency and success. Your role involves a wide array of responsibilities aimed at ensuring seamless operations. Key tasks include:

    • Efficiently performing opening, closing, and deep clean duties.
    • Participating in pre-shift meetings and actively engaging with the team, ensuring a present and attentive presence throughout
    • Setting, clearing, and resetting tables with precision
    • Attending to guests by watering tables and providing containers/bags for takeout
    • Checking and restocking bathrooms and credenza as needed
    • Demonstrating proper tray technique for efficient service
    • Confidently assisting with grills and other tasks as required
    • Maintaining cleanliness and organization of dining room, restrooms, and other areas
    • Assisting teammates and providing exceptional service to guests
    • Consistent maintenance of acquired knowledge and skills of your position

    Our company, PERILLA, is named after a plant native to Korea and many east asian countries. It is known to be very adaptable and grows vigorously on any soil. The name is an homage to our parents who are first generation immigrants that traveled to foreign land and rooted themselves on new soil. Our food is centered around a communal dining experience. Inspired by Korean flavors and ingredients, we offer our approach on many traditional classics and modern Korean dishes paired alongside new and exciting takes created by Chef Andrew Lim to represent the second generation of Korean Americans and the food we love to enjoy and share.

    About PERILLA korean american fare:

    Our food is centered around a communal dining experience. Inspired by Korean flavors and ingredients, we offer our approach on many traditional classics, Korean BBQ, and modern Korean dishes paired alongside new and exciting takes created by Chef Andrew Lim to represent the second generation of Korean Americans and the food we love to enjoy and share.

    • Independently owned and operated business
    • We have a positive, teamwork driven work environment with dedicated leaders who are present and working hands on with the team
    • We are open 7 days a week for dinner service

    Compensation Information:

    • Paychecks are provided weekly every Thursday
    • We offer direct deposit through ADP

    Position Requirements:

    • Must have availability on: Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, Thursday
    • You will be required to obtain all necessary certificates including a Food Handlers Certificate, BASSET Certificate and an annual Sexual Harassment Training Certificate

    Benefits Information:

    • Health Insurance available after 90 days of employment for full-time employees averaging 32 hours a week
    • You will be provided with daily staff meal
    • Employee discounts for dine-in and take-out at all of our restaurants
    • We provide in-house education such as beverage and food tastings
