Job Overview:

Duties:


  • Manage and lead a team of outbound sales representatives
  • Develop and implement outbound calling strategies to drive sales
  • Monitor and analyze sales metrics to optimize performance
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to improve sales techniques
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align outbound efforts with overall marketing goals

Requirements:


  • Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in a technical sales environment
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
  • Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
  • Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
  • Familiarity with warm calling and inside sales techniques
