Job Overview:
Duties:
- Manage and lead a team of outbound sales representatives
- Develop and implement outbound calling strategies to drive sales
- Monitor and analyze sales metrics to optimize performance
- Provide coaching and training to team members to improve sales techniques
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align outbound efforts with overall marketing goals
Requirements:
- Proven experience in outbound sales, preferably in a technical sales environment
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members
- Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software
- Ability to speak Spanish is a plus
- Familiarity with warm calling and inside sales techniques
Pay:
From $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
