Job Summary:
We are seeking a friendly and energetic Party Host/Font Desk Receptionist to join our team. As a Party Host/Font Desk Receptionist, you will be responsible for ensuring that all guests have a memorable and enjoyable experience during their party or event. You will engage with guests, provide excellent customer service, and ensure that all activities run smoothly.

Duties:
- Welcome and greet guests upon arrival
- Coordinate and facilitate party activities and games
- Ensure the safety and well-being of all guests
- Provide excellent customer service and address any guest concerns or issues
- Assist with set-up and clean-up of party areas
- Handle cash transactions for party bookings and additional services
- Serve food and beverages to guests, if required
- Maintain a clean and organized party area throughout the event

Requirements:

-Strong, Written & Verbal skills (must be able to speak to parents/clients in a professional matter and able to enforce rules during the stay with respect and patience)
- Previous experience in hospitality, guest services, or customer service is preferred
- Ability to handle cash/debit card transactions accurately
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to engage with guests of all ages
- Knowledge of events management is a plus

-Must be able to multitask
- Excellent public speaking skills for hosting parties and entertaining guests
- Experience working with children is highly desirable
