    Russell Tobin/Pride Global is seeking a skilled professional to work at our client's location as a Recruiting Coordinator. This is an excellent opportunity to work with a dynamic team and gain valuable experience with Consumer Industry.

    Job Title: Recruiting Coordinator

    Pay Rate: $ /hour (based on experience)

    Duration: 6-month | Possible Extension

    Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week

    Location: Arlington, VA - ONSITE

    Duties:

    • This person will have high visibility with top-level executives from around the globe and will manage the entire candidate lifecycle in terms of scheduling, candidate experience, data management, and travel arrangements.
    • Highly values the candidate experience and the RC for the Global Specialty Recruiting team will have an immediate impact on the experience of our most senior candidates.
    • This person will be the candidate's primary point of contact for information and assistance throughout the interviewing process.
    • Scheduling on-site interviews and coordinating with EAs supporting senior leadership
    • Ensuring an excellent candidate experience through prompt follow up, high quality work and communication with executive candidates throughout the candidate's lifecycle from initial contact to start date
    • Ensuring on-site candidates have a positive interview experience being their main point of contact throughout their day and ensuring the interview schedule flows smoothly
    • Entering and tracking candidate information database and ensure appropriate parties have access to necessary information
    • Complex calendar management and scheduling of internal and external meetings
    • Managing multiple tasks and action items (documentation, follow up and preparation) ensuring appropriate and timely action on deliverables

    Basic qualifications:

    • 2-3 years of recruiting, administrative or project management experience
    • This position requires experience supporting senior management in large, corporate environments or senior professionals in a professional services firm.
    • PC skills, including strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook tools.
