- Manage manufacturing and facility projects, including deliverables, RFQ distribution, planning, resource selection, budgeting, and on-time completion.
- Lead technicians to improve manufacturability of plastic component processes and equipment.
- Support maintenance and processing departments with training and engineering activities.
- Analyze performance issues for root cause solutions; maintain documentation including all drawings and database listings.
- Communicate with Engineering Managers regarding manufacturing and facility project issues and suggestions.
- Drive continuous improvement to reduce setup time, scrap, improve processing, and increase product yield.
- BS in Engineering
- Minimum 3 years of related experience
- Understanding of injection molding machines and process
- Experience in project management or project management certification
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proficiency in Autodesk AutoCAD and Inventor
- Strong organizational skills
- Willingness to travel as needed (50%)
- Ability to rent vehicles for company-related travel
