We are looking for a person to strengthen our project management for digital projects. This person should be passionate about clean processes and able to lead agile teams to success. Ideally, you have experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master for this role.

With your enthusiasm for online topics and your understanding of the market, you will support your team in implementing, developing, and optimizing digital solutions. From briefing to reporting, you always keep the big picture in mind. You confidently take responsibility for your projects and can also mediate between stakeholder requests and creative possibilities.

After one year in this role, you will have become an expert and go-to person for digital topics and projects at .diff. You will manage multiple internal and external project teams and also advise our clients on digital matters.

For maximum flexibility, you also have the option to work remotely with us.

Power skills we are looking for in this role:

  • Several years of experience in agile project management with interdisciplinary teams
  • Confident and reliable in planning, controlling, and monitoring digital projects
  • Technical understanding of digital infrastructures, processes, and tools, as well as the ability to explain them to clients and team members
  • Customer-centric mindset and awareness of the importance of user centricity, CX, usability, and the impact of content
