The WTSH is the central economic development company in Schleswig-Holstein, representing the state of Schleswig-Holstein, the chambers of industry and commerce, and the state's universities.

Digitalization is one of the most important areas of focus for Schleswig-Holstein.

The state has set itself the goal of promoting structured and agile digital administrative innovations, as well as digitalization in the economy and society, in order to become a leading digital region.

This presents both opportunities and challenges.

In order to proactively support the digitalization of our state, the WTSH, on behalf of the State Chancellery of Schleswig-Holstein, operates the Butlerville.

This involves initiating and accompanying projects between cities/municipalities, the economy, and the state, making the digitalization of our state more visible, and networking actors (m/f/d) for sustainable IT and open-source projects.

We are currently seeking a Project Manager (m/f/d) to join our team as soon as possible.


Your challenging tasks will include:

Using creativity, expertise, and dedication to support and advise actors (m/f/d) from civil society, the private sector, and administration in implementing projects for the digitalization of administration and society.

Accompanying the use and transfer of innovative, sustainable open-source technologies in an environment of open innovation in Schleswig-Holstein. Expanding the partner network for digitalization in Schleswig-Holstein and
