Manager MUST HAVES
Bachelor's degree
Experience in Academic Program administration (do NOT submit IT program managers, or other non-tech project/program managers who do not have Academic program experience).
- Higher Ed program experience preferred but not required.Experience with international students is a PLUS
Manager is looking for someone a step beyond entry level who is wanting to grow with the role.
Candidates should understand Academic program calendar (strategy/planning during the summer, tactical/hands on w/students during Fall/Spring).

Job Description
The Senior Program Coordinator at MET International works within the Student Services team in the administration of student services, the implementation of MET International academic programs at the Metropolitan College and the support of students and partner institutions.
Admissions and Enrollment processing
" Manage application cycles in coordination with the Student Services team, processing undergraduate and graduate student applications and liaising with MET College admissions board as needed
" Oversee student enrollment and registration process by monitoring student records, BU Ids, course enrollments and liaising with partner institutions assigned to resolve any course requests issues
" Manage credit transfer and curriculum implementation as per Academic Advisors study plans
" Update and maintain application portals to ensure accurate program listing
Program Administration and Promotion
" Coordinate with Student Services team and MET academic Clients to ensure accurate program implementation based on customized program options and partner curricula requirements
" Manage and implement customized graduate program curricula for partner students assigned
" Issue pdf transcripts and academic certificates at the end of semester to send to partner or student as required by program
" Manage the internship program in coordination with placement agency and ISSO for CPT authorization
" Manage customized partner invoice process in coordination with Student Accounts
" Maintain and update student records in Masterlists for all students assigned
" Provide Projections and reports as requested
Student Services Support
" Support degree seeking students through their studies at the College ensuring proper credit transfer and convey commencement and graduation information to students in conjunction with academic Clients
" Address students needs and concerns on academic and non-academic issues
" Create and update pre-departure resources for admitted students
" Plan and deliver the undergraduate and graduate student orientations in the Fall and Spring semesters.
" Plan and manage the delivery of multiple semester events and engagement programming specifically for students with the goal to enhance student experience on campus
Other duties as assigned
Requirements
" BA / BS Degree
" 2-3 years working experience in academic program administration
" Familiarity with databases and excel
" Demonstration of strong written and oral communication skills
" Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines
" High level of attention to detail and excellent organizational skills a must
