    Description

    At Blue Horizons Development, we specialize in organizing events that raise funds for important causes. We're seeking a creative and motivated individual to help us promote our fundraising events and drive engagement within the community.

    As a Marketing Coordinator, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to raise awareness about our fundraising events and attract participants. Your creativity, attention to detail, and passion for making a difference will be essential in driving successful fundraising efforts and maximizing our impact.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our fundraising events and initiatives.
    • Create compelling content for social media, email campaigns, press releases, and other marketing materials.
    • Coordinate the design and production of promotional materials, including flyers, posters, and digital assets.
    • Manage our social media accounts and engage with our online community to drive event participation.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent messaging and branding across all marketing channels.
    • Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing efforts and make recommendations for improvement.
    • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in event marketing and fundraising.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field preferred.
    • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
    • Strong creative skills with the ability to develop engaging content.
    • Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools.
    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
    • Previous experience in marketing, event planning, or fundraising preferred but not required.
    • Passion for making a positive impact in the community and driving successful fundraising efforts.
