    We are in search of a Marketing and Operations Coordinator for our top-ranking real estate team.

    We are looking for an exceptional candidate who is willing to go "above and beyond", thrives in a fast-paced work environment, and is excited about helping an organization grow to the next level.

    This position requires a highly detail-oriented, creative, and systematic individual who helps a team assist clients with seamless, top-notch customer service and marketing, especially coordinating email communication, client events, and social media / digital marketing.

    Compensation:
    $40,000 - $45,000 yearly

    Responsibilities:
    Create and manage all systems for sellers, buyers, client database management, lead generation tracking, lead follow-up, and office administration
    Provide concierge-level customer service to vendors and customers to improve customer satisfaction ratings
    Build our brand through website management, social media, marketing material creation and distribution, and events
    Coordinate the process for recruiting, hiring, training, and ongoing leadership of all administrative hires
    Perform administrative tasks such as participating in daily meetings, reviewing schedules, preparing agendas, speaking with customers, answering phones, taking minutes, etc
    Handle the purchasing of any office equipment, marketing materials, cards for important dates, and any other business related supplies and materials
    Oversee all aspects of the agents' business administration duties so agents can focus on listing and showing properties, negotiating contracts, and lead generation
    Assist to sales agents, clients, and other parties with all listing and transaction management

    Qualifications:
    Real estate industry is preferred
    Knowledge of computer systems including Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, email, etc.
    Displays exceptional communication, time management, organization, and customer service skills
    Must be able to work full-time, standard office hours in our office in Chesterfield, MO. This is not a remote job. Must also have digital marketing experience and knowledge and a willingness to continue learning in addition to a professional presence and work ethic
