    Job Description:
    We are Hiring Immediately for a Team Lead position in an exciting warehouse facility

    Job description for Operations Lead with Selery Fulfillment:

    The Operations Lead directs the fulfillment team in receiving, picking, packing, and shipping to meet project deadlines and company-established metrics. The Operations Lead reports to the General Manager.

    Operations Lead Job Duties but not limited:

    • Provide outstanding leadership to team members, including opportunities for coaching and development, to maximize work output and quality.
    • Ensures customer orders and receipts are completed accurately and promptly while maintaining a sense of urgency and encouraging team members to do the same.
    • Complies with federal, state, and local warehousing, material handling, and shipping requirements.
    • Controls inventory levels by conducting physical counts and reconciling them with the data storage system.
    • Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, promoting a sense of urgency, and following up on work results.
    • Maintains warehouse staff by training, counseling, and corrective action.
    • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
    • Coordinate efforts with management to ensure customer service metrics are met.
    • Identify patterns and problem areas and implement effective solutions to increase efficiency.
    • Maintain strong relationships with customers to drive sales and profitability.
