Essential Duties / Requirements for *Plumbing PM*:
8+ years' experience in plumbing system installation, design, project estimating
4+ years' Plumbing Project Management, preferred
Oregon Journeyman's License, preferred
Ability to work with safety coordinator to develop site-specific safety plans
Ability to manage crews of 5-30
Ability to build positive relationships with crews and clients
Strong computer skills including the ability to work with estimating software, Blue Beam, Excel, and Word
