- Complete up to 4 departmental rotations within our corporate office (Sales & Marketing, Human Resources & Talent Acquisition, Insurance & Revenue Cycle, and Center Operations Management)
- Each rotation will consist of one unique, primary project that will help move the company forward. Final projects must be presented at the end of each rotation.
- Completing shadowing checklists for all core responsibilities in each department
- Filing, organizing, data entry, research, cleaning, and completing other administrative duties and tasks as assigned

The Ally Behavior Centers Corporate Operations Internship Program is a selective, high-potential program in which participants complete up to 4 departmental rotations within our corporate office over a 3-month period. Seeking Internship placement for June 2024 and January 2025Ally Behavior Centers is a leading DC area-based provider of therapy to young children with autism, helping them overcome their developmental delays. We are looking for motivated self-starters to join our team in an internship role to support Corporate Operations across multiple departments. Our team members are expected to be leaders in the community, ensure our high-quality standards are met, and foster an exceptional work environment. Interns will focus on specific projects, but are also expected to fulfill tasks and duties as assigned. This internship program is the ideal role for someone looking to get entry-level experience in start-up healthcare operations and administration.
The right candidate will have extremely strong attention to detail in addition to being professional, energetic, organized and driven. You don't mind wearing different hats and take the initiative to get things done. We will train you on the specific job responsibilities, although the right fit will quickly and easily pick up responsibilities and manage them on their own.
