Job Description:

Your Responsibilities:

Leading and guiding a production group
Caring for the employees under your supervision
Supporting and promoting employees with disabilities
Documenting progress and development
Documenting attendance and vacation planning
Collaborating with social pedagogical professionals

Your Profile:

Completed vocational training
Willingness to work with people with disabilities
Willingness to work in a team
Flexibility and dedication
