We are currently seeking a Change Agent (m/f/d) on behalf of our client Airbus at their location in Hamburg-Finkenwerder, starting as soon as possible, for a temporary assignment.

The client offers the possibility of permanent employment based on suitability.

Your responsibilities will include:

The job holder (m/f/d) will be responsible for implementing new strategies, structures, systems, and processes in the field of Lean Management in various production areas.

Participation in holistic strategic planning and coordination of the implementation of Lean methods, as well as sustainable, continuous improvement of work systems
Creation of plant and business unitwide process analyses and improvement proposals based on recognized Lean and AOS (Airbus Operating System) principles
Definition, analysis, and preparation of processrelevant key figures and derivation of relationships in work systems
Management of implementation projects and support for the sustainable implementation of optimization measures in processes, procedures, and production processes
Identification of deviations from established standards and further development of tools and methods
Planning, preparation, organization, moderation, and followup (including documentation) of workshops, including selection of areas to be involved
Creation and tracking of tactical implementation plans (TIP) as a transfer guide or recommendation for action, as well as economic analysis
Preparation of documentation and overall reporting, as well as continuous communication with all functions involved in the change process
Coaching and consulting on "dealing with Lean" and knowledge transfer of Lean methods,
