- Demonstrated capability in one or more of the Information Technology core areas: Computer System Engineering, Computer System Services, Data Management Services, Modeling, Analysis and Simulation, Professional Support Services, Test, Analysis and Evaluation, and Systems Integration
- Experience in systems development, analysis or design
- Competence in all phases of system analysis techniques, system design concepts, computer programming languages and the ability to work with end users to develop system designs from end usersspecifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field or additional equivalent work experience
- 5-12 years of relevant work experience to qualify for level II; 12+ of experience o qualify for level III
- Familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures
- Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals and independently performs a wide variety of complicated tasks
- May lead and direct the work of others
- Master's degree
- Knowledge of DoD/USAF F-16, A-10, or T-38 programs and capabilities
- Active Secret clearance
- The person in this position must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
- Occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, or to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers, via email, phone, and or virtual communication, which may involve delivering presentations.
