- Support all aspects of research initiating the rollout and maintenance of standard operating procedures that outline controls and governance around internal research cycles consistent with index review cycles whilst upholding the highest levels of quality and consistency.
- Strategy/Project Management; assist in coordinating and performing the team's index review based priorities, contributing to business strategy, growth plans and associated automation initiatives.
- Ongoing overhaul of Index review process in conjunction with current automation initiatives establishing a refined and robust delivery minimizing risk and enhancing quality and benefit to both internal and external customers.
- Relevant proven experience in the global index or data management industry would be beneficial
- Experience in leading operational risk reduction and quality initiatives
- Ability to collaborate and build sound relationships with cross functional teams
- Highly proficient analytical skills with proven track record to effectively multi-task
- Excellent team building and communications skills
- Highly process driven.
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience from an accredited college or university; postgraduate degree would be helpful
- Highly proficient with SQL and Excel

Embedded within the Sustainable Investment Data Operations team and reporting into the Senior Manager, this role will support strategic projects focusing on the provision, analysis, and quality of sustainability and ESG data in accordance with methodology and compliance; ensuring data is of high quality whilst maintaining regulatory standards and controls across the index data quality chain. The role will encompass supporting initiatives related to thought leadership content, new materials for client engagement and support the overall quality of team results including but not limited to the delivery of Index Data Reviews.
