    Prestigious firm is seeking an Assistant with Residential Co-op and Condo property management experience.

    This is a temp to perm role.

    Pay: $35.00 per hour

    Hours: Monday-Friday 9:00am-5:00pm

    Essential Functions:

    • Experience with compliance and compliance tracking with condos and co-ops
    • Experience with Altercation process
    • Exposure to tax abatement
    • Prepare and review tenant receivables for errors.
    • Address concerns of residents and direct these concerns to the Property Manager and Account Executive
    • Assist managers with deadlines as well as day-to-day operations of running a luxury building.
    • Coordinate with Agents on assisting with daily duties as well as compliance deadlines.
    • Communicate with Front Desk Receptionist to arrange and set up conference rooms.
    • Assist with covering the Front Desk Receptionist as needed.
    • Update building information as needed (i.e. move in/out, library postings, etc)
    • Scheduling and reserving rooms for events on Building Link
    • Attend annual financial board meetings as requested.
    • Track attendance and report on election results; take minutes at board meetings
    • Update and maintain the minute book.
    • Drafting correspondence letters as needed
    • Prepare and distribute memos, notices and other correspondence to residents as instructed.
    • Respond to all incoming emails and voicemails.
    • Assist with special reports.
    • Perform heavy administrative duties such as filing, scanning, copying, faxing, etc
    • Maintain current knowledge of each assigned properties.

    Requirements

    • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint
    • Knowledge of Yardi and MRI for Real Estate
    • Very good written and oral communication skills
    • Strong customer service skills
    • Must be able to multi-task in a face paced environment.
    • Must be organized, self-motivated and be able to work well with others.

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • Associate degree; bachelor's degree preferred
    • 2 years or more of Property Management (Condo and co-op) experience
    • 2-3 years of administrative support experience is required

    Pay: $35.00 per hour
