We are currently searching for a Inside Sales and Customer Service Representative to be based out of Atlanta, GA. Reporting to the Regional Sales Manager, this person will be responsible for being the link between customers, Sales, and the Production Department. Primary focus is to provide high quality customer service.
Experience in lean manufacturing or business system based company is a plus.
Additional Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Confer with customers by telephone or in person in order to provide information about products and services, to take orders, and to obtain details of complaints.
Processing customer orders by coordinating all factors involved in order specifications and delivery dates.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions, recording details of inquiries, complaints, and comments, as well as actions taken.
And other tasks associated to sales and customer service.
Qualifications include:
1-3 years experience in sales preferred
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Excellent written and communications skills
Computer literate
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Access)
Ability to squat, bend and lift up to 50 lbs.
