- Clean and sanitize all workstations, including counters, utensils, cooking equipment, and the refrigerator, following health and safety guidelines
- Ensure the provision of high-quality food by adhering to storage and waste control standards for meats, vegetables, fruits, and dairy products
- Organize food stations for the shift
- Maintain professionalism and friendliness in interactions with guests, suppliers, and coworkers
- Prepare food orders according to specifications, meeting presentation standards and adhering to recipes
- Assist with end-of-day closing procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent GED certificate
- Diligent, detail-oriented, and possessing a strong work ethic
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in the food industry preferred
- Knowledge of kitchen sanitation, safety protocols, equipment usage, and food storage
