    Description

    We are in search of an individual who has a strong love for culinary delights and excellent time management skills to deliver top-notch dining experiences to our customers. Our eatery is bustling, and we require a skilled and seasoned line cook capable of meticulously preparing meals to order while consistently following our standard recipes. Our ideal candidate should be proficient in various cooking techniques such as poaching, braising, roasting, grilling, sautéing, and frying. Being a team player who can communicate effectively with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations is crucial. If you possess a can-do attitude and are seeking a fresh opportunity in the food industry, kindly submit your application without delay.

    Compensation:

    $18 - $22 hourly

    Responsibilities:
    • Clean and sanitize all workstations, including counters, utensils, cooking equipment, and the refrigerator, following health and safety guidelines
    • Ensure the provision of high-quality food by adhering to storage and waste control standards for meats, vegetables, fruits, and dairy products
    • Organize food stations for the shift
    • Maintain professionalism and friendliness in interactions with guests, suppliers, and coworkers
    • Prepare food orders according to specifications, meeting presentation standards and adhering to recipes
    • Assist with end-of-day closing procedures
    Qualifications:
    • High school diploma or equivalent GED certificate
    • Diligent, detail-oriented, and possessing a strong work ethic
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Prior experience in the food industry preferred
    • Knowledge of kitchen sanitation, safety protocols, equipment usage, and food storage
