Our esteemed Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery Practice in Chicago is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Patient Coordinator Assistant to join our team.

This role requires exceptional organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a dedication to outstanding customer service.


Responsibilities:

- ⁠ ⁠Prioritize tasks effectively, coordinate diverse activities, and make sound managerial decisions to ensure smooth operation of the practice
- ⁠ ⁠Coordinate surgical appointments and procedures, demonstrating attention to detail and a commitment to patient satisfaction
- ⁠ ⁠Utilize excellent communication skills to engage with patients, providing detailed information and addressing inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- ⁠ ⁠Foster a positive team environment through effective communication and collaboration, contributing to a supportive and cohesive work culture
- ⁠ ⁠Perform clerical tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining patient records and managing administrative duties
- ⁠ ⁠Utilize social media platforms to engage with patients and promote the practice, showcasing our commitment to excellence in plastic and reconstructive surgery
- ⁠ ⁠Utilize sales skills to support patient inquiries and consultations, contributing to the growth and success of the practice
- ⁠ ⁠Travel to offsite offices as needed for training and collaboration, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to contribute to the overall success of the team


Requirements:

- ⁠ ⁠High school diploma or equivalent
- ⁠ ⁠Previous experience in a medical office setting, preferably in plastic or reconstructive surgery
- ⁠ Proficiency (English/Spanish) highly desirable
- ⁠ ⁠Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to make sound managerial decisions
- ⁠ ⁠Strong team-building skills, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment
- ⁠ ⁠Excellent communication skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service
- ⁠ ⁠Strong computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and EMR systems
- ⁠ ⁠Ability to multitask and work well under pressure, demonstrating resilience and adaptability
- ⁠ ⁠Availability to work Monday through Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, with weekends off
