    Conveniently located on 249 between Beltway 8 and The Grand Parkway (99), The Vintage is conveniently accessible to the northwest quadrant of the greater Houston Texas area.

    With the resources of the St. Luke's Health system, we are able to deliver the most advanced care available to our Northwest Houston community. The Vintage Hospital offers the latest in diagnostic and surgical expertise, including heart care, women's health, and orthopedics.

    Responsibilities
    Job Requirements

    We are looking for a responsible and compassionate Emergency Room Registered Nurse with top-notch clinical skills, a caring attitude, and the ability to work in a team.

    It is also important to display excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills as well as the ability to effectively educate patients and their families.

    Emergency Department Nursing Expectations

    • Patience and focus to constantly monitor high acuity patients active ED
    • Proven ability to think and react quickly in critical situations
    • Medication administration
    • Emergency triage and assessment skills
    • Passion for excellence in delivering quality care

    Qualifications

    Required Skills:

    • Associates Degree in Nursing or Diploma.
    • One (1) or more years of nursing experience
    • Licensed to practice as a Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Texas
    • Basic Life Support (BLS)(AHA) with skills demonstration
    • ACLS with skills demonstration

    Preferred Skills:

    • Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred
    • One (1) or more years of experience in an Acute Care setting preferred
