- Recruit, manage, and boost growth of shop-at-home (SAH) business in markets sans BTG showrooms (BTG Partners)
- Actively recruit and onboard outside contractors with window treatments experience
- Collaborate with merchandising and marketing to enhance BTG Partners performance
- Provide ongoing operational support to BTG partners through business support groups
- Build and maintain a strong installation network in remote markets
- Identify and qualify installers as required
- Measure installation service levels
- Explore additional opportunities for BTG Partners Program with store leadership
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field
- 10+ years of experience including:
- Operating experience in retail or multi-location service business
- In-home sales and management experience
- Experience managing 3rd-party service providers
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- High energy and strong motivation skills
- Exceptional customer service, problem-solving, and follow-up skills
- Ability to identify root causes and address issues with a high sense of urgency
- Capability to nurture cross-functional relationships
- Experience working autonomously and collaboratively
