- Lead strategic discussions to facilitate planning of integration activities, identify and remediate risks and issues, drive decisions, and track integration activity progress.
- Facilitate cross-functional discussions to address security remediations, mitigate risks/issues, and escalate to leadership as appropriate.
- Compile and analyze technical and project related information to provide adequate and concise reporting on integration health to include status on the project, risks/issues, and potential options for complex issues.
- Provide trouble resolution on complex problems and lead implementations for system and network security technologies.
- Develop testing plans to ensure quality of implementation.
- Coordinate and prepare the reporting of data security events and incidents.
- Provide system and network architecture support for information and network security technologies.
- Lead lights on initiatives to consolidate equipment and/or implement business relocations.
- Determine and perform complex configuration changes to meet business and information security requirements.
- Requires a bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience that would provide the knowledge to perform such work.
- Project management and technical certifications (e.g. Project Management Professional, Agile/Scrum Practitioner and/or Systems Security Certified Practitioner) strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to manage a team and oversee multiple projects strongly preferred.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly to various stakeholders strongly preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make decisions in a timely manner strongly preferred.
- Experience with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices strongly preferred.
- Proven skills in managing stakeholders' expectations and building strong relationships preferred.
- Experience in managing project risks and implementing mitigation strategies preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements preferred.
