Community Counseling and Mediation (CCM) is a leading Brooklyn-based behavioral health organization committed to improving the lives of at-risk children and families through innovative behavioral health, supportive housing, education, and youth services.
We are looking for aQuality Assurance Manager at our Youth Services.
Responsibilities
- Assist and support youth departments in their endeavor to assure quality services and programming that will positively affect participating stakeholders in its community and neighboring communities.
- Assist departments with the development and enforcement of quality assurance policies and procedures pertaining to the multipurpose services that the program provides.
- Serve as a liaison between Youth Services Program Director, On-Site Program Directors, participants, site instructors and the NYC Department of Youth and Community Development (DYCD).
- Assist in the monitoring of educational services, rate of participation, participant retention, program reflections and recommendations.
- Evaluate the adequacy of the classrooms and attendance through quality assurance standards.
- Routinely conduct classroom monitoring visits to participating school sites in order to perform assessments of the facilities and gain signatures on sensitive documentation.
- Regularly conduct internal assessments to identify areas for improvement in classroom performance and overall program productivity.
- Assist in devising sampling procedures and directions for quality improvement within department that will encourage and build trust, respect and cooperation among team members in the interests of providing quality programming.
- Assist in developing, recommending and monitoring corrective and preventive actions to the Directors.
- Perform duties that entail the completion, review and data entry of classroom monitoring notes that will be entered into online databases.
- Responsible for the administration, collection, organization and submission of documentation on a daily basis.
- Responsible for reporting any issues or violations that come to your attention while administering, collecting or organizing documentation.
- Attend all staff meetings as required.
- Coordinate and support in evaluations, documentations, and audits.

$60, $85,000.00 per year

Ability to Relocate:
