- A team player with ideally 5+ years of Enterprise SaaS sales, preferably with experience in direct or outside B2B sales; 2+ years of experience in higher education experience is required.
- A results driven SaaS AE with a history of successful sales growth/quota attainment and business development.
- Proven ability to drive a sales process from plan to close.
- Research and identify new lead opportunities.
- Ability to walk prospects through all aspects of the platform (I) and/or product expert (II, III).
- Provide consultative solution selling that addresses needs effectively.
- Work within HubSpot CRM to track and report on success metrics, including lead qualification, touch-points, conversion rates, and learnings.
- Oversee the buyer journey process to close deals.
- Prepare and deliver both pitches and platform demonstrations.
- Foster a collaborative environment within the organization.
- Manage a high number of opportunities across multiple pipeline stages.

What you'll do in this role:
Compensation: The base salary hiring range for the position which the Company reasonably and in good faith expects to pay for in the specified areas or locations is $70,000 - $110,000 base annually. Variable is $70,000 - $110,000 uncapped. Final compensation will be dependent on various factors relevant to the position and candidate such as candidate qualifications, relevant job-related work experience, education, skillset and other relevant business and organizational factors, consistent with applicable law.
