    Make a Difference Every Day: School SLPs Needed Across Houston (Multiple Campuses)

    Are you a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) who thrives in a collaborative school environment?

    We are seeking dedicated SLPs to join our team for the upcoming school year at various elementary campuses across Houston, TX. These are all full-time, onsite positions offering the opportunity to make a positive impact on a diverse student population (approximately 40-50 students per SLP).

    Work Environment: Onsite at various elementary schools within the Houston, TX area (specific location details provided upon application).

    Schedule: Full-time - August 12th, 2024, to May 26, 2025.

    In this rewarding role, you will:

    • Provide speech and language therapy services to students in an elementary school setting.
    • Conduct comprehensive evaluations to identify students' speech and language needs.
    • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with speech and language impairments.
    • Collaborate with teachers, general education staff, related service providers, and families to ensure a cohesive learning environment that supports each student's success.
    • Stay up-to-date on best practices in speech-language pathology through professional development opportunities.

    Qualifications:

    • Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university.
    • Must have an active Speech-Language Pathology (SLP) License/Certification in Texas.
    • Strong clinical skills in speech and language assessment and intervention for elementary or high school students (depending on placement).
    • Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills.
