    Description


    We are partnered with an amazing aerospace company that is looking for a Senior FP&A Analyst due to growth in South El Monte, CA.

    The company has amazing work life balance and very low turnover. The role is on-site, but the company gives every Friday off.


    Responsibilities:
    Conduct financial data analysis and provide insightful interpretations for management reviewsCollaborate with business leaders to facilitate cost-saving initiativesContribute to the formulation of annual budgets and assist in the creation of monthly forecasts when necessaryAid in forecasting and monitoring Capital ExpenditurePrepare, analyze, interpret, and track return on investment (ROI) for significant Capital projectsGather, prepare, and analyze data and reports to support both internal and external auditsAssist Business Unit Managers in creating impactful presentations and concise analyses, delivering relevant and actionable insightsIdentify the underlying causes of variances and work with the appropriate individuals to determine corrective actions, risks, or opportunities associated with those variancesAnalyze data for reasonableness and appropriateness, actively questioning information and collaborating with others to gain a comprehensive understandingProvide support for various corporate requests and presentations as requiredUndertake additional special projects as assigned


    Required Qualifications:
    Bachelor's in Finance or related field5+ years of experience in FP&AManufacturing experienceFamiliarity with FAR,CAS and dealing with DCAA, DCMA
