Duties and Responsibilities:

Support Corp FP&A activities in monthly reporting to our parent company.
Analyze and review financial statements, providing insights into any variances.
Interact with managers from various departments to understand business activities and develop accurate forecasts.
Create standard tools and methods for collecting and disseminating key financial data.
Construct detailed financial models to support decision-making processes.
Prepare executive-level presentations and standard reports and dashboards for actuals/forecast cycles.


Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and similar software.
Ability to read and interpret documents and speak effectively before groups.
Strong analytical skills, detail-oriented, and proactive work ethics.
Ability to maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and managers.
Willingness to work off-hours as needed and assume more responsibility when required.

3+ years of wide-ranging financial planning and analysis (FP&A) experience, including accounting, forecasting/planning, and variance analysis for a large corporation.

Strong knowledge of finance and accounting professional concepts and requirements.
Strong analytical skills with expertise in MS Excel financial modeling techniques.


Education/Experience:

BS/BA Degree in Finance, Mathematics, or equivalent.
Experience in Materials Handling or General Contracting preferred.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central is a plus, but not required.
