What to expect:


Our training program for insurance and financial services salespeople lasts 2 1/2 years and includes alternating between attending business school and practical training at the company.

During this time, you will gain valuable on-the-job experience in various departments at VPV.

With the guidance of a mentor, you will be trained in different tasks, including:


  • Familiarizing yourself with our life and property insurance products
  • Active participation in our service center
  • Handling written and phone inquiries from customers across different departments
  • Utilizing MS Office skills and working with inventory management systems
  • Rotating through different organizational units
  • A multiweek training phase at our headquarters in Stuttgart
  • Getting to know our sales organization and supporting our financial advisors with pre and postmeeting tasks

What you bring:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Customer service orientation and enjoyment of working with customers
  • Willingness to help others
  • Initiative and ability to work independently
  • Persistence in achieving your own goals
  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with applications
  • Quick learning ability and enjoyment of learning
