As a Senior Financial Analyst at Monticello, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our finances to enhance our customer experience and navigate the ever-changing business landscape. This position offers the opportunity to be the key finance leader for a strategic program and actively shape our business. You will lead and guide others, utilizing insights to present ways for us to achieve our business goals.

About the team
This is an exciting opportunity to shape a growing and innovative business in an entrepreneurial environment. You will dive deep into data and its sources, combining multiple data sources to gain a comprehensive understanding of business performance. You will collaborate with business teams to address reporting needs and effectively communicate performance drivers to both business partners and finance leadership. This role also involves regular interaction with executives and various business units across Monticello, requiring strong interpersonal and communication skills. Additionally, you will support other teams across different regions (IN, JP, LATAM, MENA, AU, SG) by providing valuable insights and fostering collaboration.

We are currently seeking candidates to work out of our Monticello location in Luxembourg, LUX.
