Your tasks:

In this role, you will ensure a stable IT operation of server infrastructures and applications in the Microsoft Windows/ Azure and Citrix environment.

You will operate the server landscape in our data centers and increasingly in cloud environments under Microsoft Azure or AWS, and ensure the up-to-dateness of the landscape in terms of services, licenses, support, and further development.

You will also be responsible for introducing new services based on customer demands and ensuring necessary IT security and governance.

You will support the central and local data center strategy in our country organizations and design solutions for optimizing and further developing systems/applications within the technology domain for complex requirements.

You will work in incident and change management of the IT landscape, as well as support IT projects and be a competent and experienced contact person for system-related issues in daily operations (run IT).

Your responsibilities will also include adapting and optimizing system configurations (critical and non-critical systems/applications) and automating administrative processes. You will independently handle and coordinate demands, monitor system functions (monitoring, troubleshooting), and install patches and perform release upgrades.
