WHAT TO EXPECT

  • Independent and timely processing of payroll for a defined group of employees using SAP R/3 HR
  • Point of contact for authorities, supervisors, and employees for all payrollrelated inquiries
  • Data entry of master and movement data, as well as management and maintenance of digital personnel files
  • Preparation of certificates and statistics
  • Support during tax and social security audits
  • Execution of certification and reporting, including correspondence
  • Participation in process optimization and projects for further professionalization of our HR department
