To strengthen our team in Nuremberg-Schwarzenbruck, we are currently seeking a:

Visitor Receptionist (m/f/d)


Responsibilities:

  • Answering and forwarding phone calls
  • Processing and forwarding emails and faxes
  • Greeting and assisting our customers and visitors
  • Managing incoming and outgoing mail
  • Administration of time tracking
  • Managing office supplies
  • Other administrative tasks

Qualifications:

  • Commercial education or similar qualification
  • Previous experience in customer contact/visitor reception is a plus
  • Proficient in English, both written and spoken
  • Familiarity with MS Office and common systems
  • Friendly and confident in dealing with customers and visitors
  • Professional and representative appearance
  • Flexibility in working hours/willingness to work as a substitute or vacation replacement
  • Conscientious, reliable, wellorganized, and structured

Benefits:
We offer a long-term, part-time position with a flexible schedule of 15-20 hours per week on call.
