What You Can Expect:
As the central shared service center for the Finsterwalder Group, we handle payroll for over 15 companies at 7 German locations, as well as complete personnel administration for our 4 Bavarian locations


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Independently managing payroll for a defined group of employees
  • Handling all processes from hiring to termination
  • Being the point of contact for the employees you manage
  • Collaborating with personnel departments at other locations
  • Maintaining digital personnel files
We offer a modern work environment where all relevant personnel processes are already digitized across the company. This position can be filled with a flexible weekly workload of 30-40 hours.


What We're Looking For:

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship
  • Several years of experience in personnel administration
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
