This role is responsible for the Salesforce portion of our MarTech stack.
As the Marketing Technology Lead - Salesforce you will serve as product owner and support continuous improvement efforts for assigned portion of MarTech stack to enhance efficiencies and support business strategies.
You will develop business cases and lead technology projects for the Salesforce stack. You will serve as the super-user for Salesforce Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Pardot.Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Technology or related field
5+ years of experience in email and push notification deployment and management; 1+ years hands-on experience with Marketing Automation platform (i.e. Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Pardot); Experience with using Adobe Creative Suite
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Ability to work in matrixed organization
Ability to work in a matrixed environment and build trusted relationships across a diverse group of stakeholders
An understanding of how to communicate priorities, mitigate impacts, and manage multiple technical projects with competing deadlines and stakeholders, and where requirements often change.
Other:
Ability to travel 10% - internationally and domestically
Preferred Qualifications:
8+ years of experience including extensive knowledge of marketing technology implementation
Prior experience working on a virtual team within a highly matrixed organization, preferably for a global corporation or professional services firm
Proven experience driving marketing transformation initiatives in large, matrixed organizations
Microsoft Office Suite skills (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook); familiarity with integrating various technologies to support marketing efforts
Understanding of Agile methodology and experience in Workfront are a plus
Working knowledge of SQL and Tealium tag manager
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Lead continuous improvement efforts across teams to enhance efficiencies and support business strategies via our CRM tools
Serve as business-side super-user for Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Pardot, supporting strategic and operational CRM team members, including being the subject matter expert on what's possible with our existing technology and what's needed to meet evolving requirements
Prioritize internal IT and vendor work for CRM tools with a focus on achieving business goals and KPIs
Ensure best practices are followed in development and use of CRM tools
Influence creative and digital marketing development and design through deep knowledge of systems and practice standards
Oversee weekly ticket grooming and backlog prioritization sessions to support marketing strategy and program initiatives
Ensure development of reusable layouts/templates for email systems along with developing the UI (extendable and reusable)
Manage and maintain quality assurance process within digital team and deliver feasible solutions
The pay range for this position is $106,450-$175,325; base pay offered may vary depending on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the position offered, location, education, training, and/or experience.
