THE POSITION:

TECHNOLOGY LEAD

Expak Logistics is looking to hire a Technology Lead to play a pivotal role in driving innovation and owning the technological function for the company.

The core responsibilities involve managing a global team to ensure seamless integration of technology into the operations, with a specific emphasis on ExpakShip.

• Take ownership of Expak Logistics technology team and function and be a partner to the business.
• Embrace change and rapidly adapt to new business requirements and focus on delivering results that work.
• Oversee, build, and design scalable system architecture to support continued growth.
• Implement proper disaster recovery construction to ensure system stability.
• Actively contribute to handson development tasks, leveraging expertise in various technologies.
• Address outstanding tasks promptly, ensuring the swift resolution of lingering issues.
• Develop a deep understanding of team dynamics, strengths, and potential areas for improvement.
• Optimize resource utilization by leveraging individual team members' strengths.
• Contribute actively to the ongoing improvement of ExpakShip 2.0.
• Ensure highquality work by actively overseeing the development process and outputs.
• Continuously align technology solutions with the clientfocused goals of Expak Logistics.

THE RIGHT CANDIDATE:
QUALIFICATIONS/PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES

EDUCATION:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.

EXPERIENCE:1-3+ years of proven experience in technology leadership roles, particularly in logistics or distribution environments.

• Strong proficiency in EDI _(electronic data interchange) _with a minimum of 2+ years of handson experience is required.
• Proficiency in.

NET, Windows Services, AWS, MSSQL, and RESTful API.

• Strong leadership and management experience in a technologydriven environment.
• Familiarity with basic logistics and distribution terms and operating concepts.
• Experience with Transportation Management Systems (TMS) in logistics or distribution settings.
• Understanding of data transfer processes within a complex technological landscape.
• Proven experience in handson development alongside team management.
• Experience in overseeing, building, and designing scalable system architecture for continued growth.
• Implementation of proper disaster recovery construction to ensure system stability.
• Indepth knowledge of best practices in software development and system design. Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to make sound technical decisions.

Pay:
$135, $150,000.00 per year
