The German Railway is not only one of the most important mobility service providers, but also one of the largest engineering firms in Germany. Currently, we employ approximately engineers, for example in the modernization, maintenance, and procurement of rail vehicles and their components. As an engineer at Deutsche Bahn, you ensure that the largest rail fleet in Germany is always kept running at the highest quality.

We are currently looking for you as a project engineer in the major project ABS 46/2 Emmerich to Oberhausen (construction section 1/2) for DB InfraGo AG at our location in Duisburg.
The Emmerich-Oberhausen route is an important section in European freight transport. With a length of approximately 73 kilometers, it is a key piece in the freight corridor from Rotterdam to Genoa. Due to the increased freight and passenger traffic in recent years, the route has reached its capacity limit. To accommodate this development, Deutsche Bahn will be making extensive construction changes on the route in the coming years. You can find more information here: [Website link removed]
Your tasks:
  • As a project engineer, you are responsible for the successful planning and implementation of complex projects or project phases in the field of civil engineering (construction section 1/2)
